Content Policy

Last updated September 19, 2026. This applies to every listing, post, comment, message, photo, and live stream on Cardano’s Classifieds — every account, every category, no exceptions.

Prohibited content

The following is never allowed here, including on listings in the Adult – Female Creators and Adult – Male Creators categories, where explicit content is otherwise permitted:

Unlawful pornography of any kind, including child sexual abuse material, and non-consensual nudity or sexual content — including so-called “revenge pornography.” This applies no matter who posted it or whether the subject originally agreed to be photographed: consenting to a photo being taken is not consent for it to be posted here.

Also prohibited everywhere on the platform: any sexual content involving, or appearing to involve, a minor; graphic violence or gore; and anything else illegal to possess, create, or distribute under U.S. law.

How this is enforced

Every photo uploaded here — listing photos, gallery photos, message attachments, avatars — is automatically scanned by Google Cloud Vision’s content-safety detection before anyone else can see it. Anything flagged for violence is blocked outright, for every account, no exceptions. Anything flagged for adult or explicit content is blocked too, unless it’s a gallery or message photo from an Adult-category creator — but the ban above still applies there in full. Automated scanning can flag explicit imagery; it can’t tell who’s depicted or whether they consented, so it’s a first layer, not the whole system.

Post captions, listing bios, comments, and messages are separately scanned for harassment, hate, self-harm, and sexual content, and anything flagged is routed to a human moderator. For posts and listings in the two Adult categories, the sexual-content flag alone is expected there and doesn’t get raised — but everything else still does, including any sign a minor might be involved, with no exception there either.

On top of that automated pass, anyone — with or without an account — can report a listing, post, comment, or message directly; reports land in the same moderator queue and are reviewed by a person.

Confirmed violations get the content removed and, depending on severity, the account suspended or the listing delisted. Where content appears unlawful — including apparent child sexual abuse material — we also report it to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children’s CyberTipline, as required by law.

Reporting something

If you see something that shouldn’t be here, report it directly from the listing, post, comment, or message it appears on — that’s the fastest way to get it in front of a moderator. You don’t need to be the one affected to report a violation of this policy.
